The plan includes workouts, meal planning, meal shopping, weighing in and tracking of food and activity
- Workout plan provided for a minimum of 3 times per week for 1 hour each
- Weekly check in and weigh in either on Sunday or Monday (15 min)
- Access to trainer via text/email with questions
- Versatile sample nutrition plan to give you choices of food and portion sizes
- Client to track on a food calorie counter app and share with Trainer the day before weekly check-in
- Grocery store shopping (1 hour per week) to understand food labels & food *
- Cooking session once week (1.5 hours per week) *
- Total weekly time 5.5 hours
